Reusable, project-specific workflows for building Ryan's portfolio, arcade games, custom ride assets, hometown racing, and the Eat my face maze game. Read these public instructions without signing in or running JavaScript. All three games are playable without an account; verified sign-in is only needed for community ride sharing and the showroom.
Custom only: these five files were originally authored for Ryan's portfolio and arcade workflows, with AI assistance, from the project's own requirements and code. They are not downloaded skills, vendor skill text, or an imported internet collection. This is not a claim that Ryan personally wrote the instructions, nor a blanket license for site content or vehicle trademarks.

SKILL.md. Review instructions before enabling them..github\skills\hometown-racer\SKILL.md. For an explicitly chosen personal install across projects, save under .agents\skills\hometown-racer\SKILL.md in your profile instead.The project includes an actual protocol server using the official Model Context Protocol SDK. With a checkout and Node.js 20+, open PowerShell in web\mcp-server:
npm ci
npm test
npm start
npm start runs stdio for an MCP client, not a browser or interactive command prompt. Configure your client to run node with the absolute path to web\mcp-server\server.js. For example, adapt this configuration to your local checkout:
{
"mcpServers": {
"ryan-custom-skills": {
"command": "node",
"args": ["C:\\path\\to\\web\\mcp-server\\server.js"]
}
}
}
Alternatively run npm run start:http and connect an MCP client to http://127.0.0.1:4318/mcp. This localhost address is local only, not a public endpoint. Stop with Ctrl+C. The read-only HTTP service binds only to loopback, rejects foreign Host/Origin headers, and does not enable cross-origin browser access or GET/SSE sessions.
list_custom_skills: lists only the five original allowlisted documents.get_custom_skill: accepts an exact name such as {"name":"hometown-racer"}; no arbitrary paths.resources/list and resources/read: fixed URIs such as ryan-skills://custom/hometown-racer.No shell execution, generic file reader, account access, write tools, runtime directory scanning, or installed-skill collection access exists. Dependencies implement MCP; they are not published as skills. See the checkout's mcp-server\README.md for maintenance and tests. A future remote MCP service would require a separately authorized deployment and security review; none has been performed here.
